Unconstitutional Search in Baltimore County Results in CDS Heroin Charges Being Dismissed - Catonsville, Maryland

Client charged with CDS Possession of Heroin after police stop his car and find Heroin. We determined that our client refused to have himself and his vehicle searched.  However, police then removed our client and patted him down.  Police then suggested our client gave consent to search.  As the consent was not freely and voluntarily gven, the State dismissed all charges.

Our client was charged with CDS Possession of Marijuana after her parents called police to report they found a large jar of pot in her room. Investigation revealed that our client's ex-boyfriend also left the house with our client just prior to her room being searched.  Through negotiation, the State agreed for our client to complete counseling in exchange for not being prosecuted.  NO PROSECUTION - STET.

CDS Defense Attorney David Putzi Wins Drug Trial For Man Charged After Police Obtain Search Warrant and Raid House in Annapolis District Court - Annapolis, Maryland

Client charged with CDS Posession of Marijuana after police obtain a search warrant, raid a house and discovery CDS.  Our client was a target of the warrant and drugs were found in the bedroom where police claimed our client resided.  At trial, the State could not prove that our client resided in that bedroom, despite being located there.  Further, the State could not establish that our client had knowledge of the CDS found.  NOT GUILTY VERDICT.
