Client charged with Second Degree Assault for allegedly pushing a TSA officer at BWI Airport after an argument over a baby carrier. Our client denied that the contact was intentional. The State DISMSSED ALL CHARGES.

Client was a “nervous flyer” who visited a bar at the BWI Airport to calm her nerves. Unfortunately, she consumed too much alcohol and was refused admittance on the fight. Her loud protest resulted in the airline calling the police and, ultimately, her arrest for disorderly behavior. Through negotiation, ALL CHARGES DISMISSED. 


NOT GUILTY VERDICT For Client Accused Of DUI At BWI Airport Waiting Area 

Client charged with DUI & DWI after police find our client behind the wheel of his car with the engine running, parked near BWI Airport. There was an empty Vodka bottle outside the driver’s door, our client was clearly intoxicated, and refused the breath test. At trial, the State could not prove that our client was in control of his car rather than merely using his vehicle as shelter. NOT GUILTY VERDICT. 


DISMISSAL Of Charges For Client With Stun Gun In Carry On At BWI Airport 

Our client inadvertently left her stun gun in her carry on luggage. While passing though the TSA Checkpoint at BWI Airport, the weapon was recovery and she was charged. After demonstrating that our client simply made a mistake, we successfully negotiated the dismissal of all charges. CHARGES DISMISSED.

Client charged with CDS Possession after TSA found drugs concealed in our client’s luggage during a routine random search. Pursuant to negotiations, our client did not have to return to Maryland from Rhode Island. NO PROSECUTION.

Client foolishly stole several items from a store at the BWI Airport. The decision placed the client’s employment at risk. Through negotiation, the State DISMISSED the charges. 

 

DISMISSAL OF CHARGES For Client Accused Of Assaulting BWI Airport Police 

Client was a driver picking up a fare at BWI Airport. A dispute with a police officer ensued concerning our client moving his car. The officer ended up arresting our client, accusing him of failing to obey police, assault and resisting arrest. We located a United State Congressman as a witness who contradicted the police.  ALL CHARGES DISMISSED.
