Juvenile Charged As Adult Has Case Successfully Sent Back to Juvenile Court After Robbing Person At Knifepoint in Anne Arundel County, Maryland

Client charged with Armed Robbery after taking another child's property at knifepoint. Because our client was 17 years old at the time of the offense he was charged in the adult criminal court. We prepared our client for the investigation to determine whether his case should be transferred to the juvenile system. Based upon that report by DJS, our client's case was transferred back to the juvenile court system and he received assistance in the juvenile court system.

Barfight In Historic Annapolis Where Client Charged For Smashing Beer Mug on Person's Head Ends In Charges Being Dropped In Annapolis, Maryland

Client charged with First Degree Assault for shattering a glass beer mug on the head of another person at a bar. The victim required multiple stitches to his face. We cross-charged the victim with criminal allegations for assaulting our client first. State dismissed all allegations.
