Client was driving a van packed with over 500 pounds of marijuana when he was stopped by police. We demonstrated that there were serious Constitutional issues with the actions of the police stopping the vehicle, their detention of our client and their search of the vehicle. COURT DISMISSES ALL CHARGES In Crips Gang Drug & Violence Conspiracy

Client accused of being a Crips gang enforcer and drug dealer in a multi-jurisdiction conspiracy. Our client denied the accusations and we vigorously asserted our client’s desire to proceed to trial. Client was sitting in his vehicle that was lawfully parked on a street when police arrived to investigate a “suspicious vehicle” 911 call. Police parked their vehicles to box in our client’s car so that he could not leave.  Police then searched our client’s car and found drugs. The Court ruled that the police detained our client illegally, and suppressed the drugs, resulting in a NOT GUILTY VERDICT.
