Someone in need of a professional domestic assault attorney in Pasadena, MD

You must understand that Maryland prosecutors have established “No Drop” policies, or “Pro-Prosecution” initiatives, for the following types of cases involving domestic violence: assault against a spouse, assault against a family member, assault against a girlfriend or boyfriend, violating a protective or peace order, stalking, revenge porn, harassment and telephone misuse. What that means for you is that the victim will NOT be allowed to drop the charges. The State will prosecute you regardless of what the victim desires, and whether or not the victim appears in court.

The State will use every tool in their arsenal to prove you guilty, including using the 911 call, medical records, phone records, your statements to police, the victim’s statements to police, and locating other witnesses including your children. The consequences for a conviction are numerous: incarceration, probation, court ordered counseling for a year, losing your right to possess guns, and a criminal record.

You will be run over without an experienced and aggressive attorney to protect your rights - schedule your free consultation immediately!
